We specialise in getting prefab cabins and homes into places other companies wouldn’t even try.
And not in a dangerous way.
We have a lot of experience and we like to get creative. For us it’s fun.
We also have special gear and dolly systems we built in case we need to get into even tighter places where trucks can’t access at all.
I mean we can even schedule helicopters to drop units in extremely remote locations.
The reason I’m telling you this is because transportation and placement is a BIG part of the prefab process.
If it goes great, it’s great.
If it doesn’t…Well it can cost a lot of money. And usually modular companies put that on you.
But I want to make sure you don’t have any unknowns. It’s not a great feeling to know that it may cost you a bunch of extra money on install day when your cabin or home is finally delivered.
Kind of defeats the fun and enjoyment of it don’t you think?
That’s why we do the due diligence and are offering to cover transport and placement fees.
One simple invoice. No surprises at the end.
Here’s our process…
Step 1: Gather your information and address
Step 2: Have you send us a video walking the road, driveway, and unit location.
Step 3: We use google earth to virtually assess the property and note anything we may want more clarification on.
Step 4: We use the oversized route tool to map our delivery route and take into account any height restrictions etc.
Step 5: We schedule a crane company to come for a site visit to make sure they can accomplish the lift and confirm any site access notes they think we should have.
Step 6: We take all that info and decide whether a site visit is necessary, we strategize your build parameters, and create an install action plan.
Step 7: You don’t worry about it and we get it done!
Like I said before, for us it’s fun.
